We do carry a good variety of items in stock, but we do not carry all items.

If we do have the item in stock then we will ship within 7-10 business days.  All U.S. Shipments are via Insured U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Transit time via U.S. Priority Mail is between 3-5 business days after we ship. 

After you place an order with us, we will within three business days send to you an e-mail with information on whether the items are in stock or not, and when you can expect to receive the items that you have ordered.

Please Note: If you need an item quickly or for a specific date please add this information in the "comment" section while placing your order. We will then get back to you via e-mail to inform you of the delivery status. 

When checking on an order make sure that you indicate to us your Full Name and Invoice Number.

If you e-mail us to check on an order please provide to us your Full Name and Invoice Number.  If you do not give us this information it is next to impossible for us to determine who you are, when or what you ordered. We have no way of checking by just your e-mail address alone. If you send us an e-mail without this information it may take up to 6 - 8 business days for us to respond.

We are located on the south side of Broadway Boulevard (Route 130 East). We are located east of  Wilmerding and west of  Pitcairn. We are located across the street from a Waste Management landfill. We are in the Broadway Park Complex which is just east of a Verizon building and west of a business named Waco. We are 1.4 miles west from the Sheetz that is located at the intersection of Broadway Boulevard (Route 130) and Mosside Boulevard (Route 48). We are 2.0 miles east of the CVS Pharmacy that is located at the intersection of Lynn Ave (Monroeville Ave.) and the Tri-Boro Expressway (Route 130).

Shipping Info:

All U.S. Shipments are via Insured U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Transit time via U.S. Priority Mail is between 3-5 business days after we ship. 

Please Note: The fact that we use U.S. Priority Mail does not mean that the item you have ordered is in stock and available for immediate delivery. Please see our "Delivery Info" above for delivery information. 

All Foreign Shipments are shipped via U.S. Parcel Post and Insured if possible.

Shipping and Handling Charges are calculated by the following formula:

U.S. Shipments: $5.95 per order plus 6% of the total of the items. For example the shipping and handling charges for an item that sells for $50.00 is $8.95, and for an item that sells for $100.00 is $11.95.

Foreign Shipments: $30.00USD per order plus 7% of the total of the items. For example the shipping and handling charges for an item that sells for $150.00USD is $40.50USD, and for an item that sells for $300.00USD is $51.00USD.

Return Policy:

Our Standard Return Policy is the following:

At M.R. Boots, we strive to exceed your expectations.  However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund on the total cost of your purchase less the cost of shipping. There are no refunds on shipping charges or return shipping charges unless there is damage due to a manufacturer's defect or we have shipped to you the wrong item.

  • All items must be returned promptly in new, unused, unlaundered, resale condition within 30 days of the date that it was shipped. 
     

  • If your return is older than 30 days you will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. 
     

  • If YOUR return older than 45 days it will not be accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be processed.
     

  • All items must be returned to us in the original box supplied by the manufacturer. The box must be in new, unused, un-marked, resale condition. Any items that are returned and do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and no refund will be processed. 
     

  • Jewelry: Jewelry that has been used or worn cannot be returned. No refund will be issued on Jewelry items. If the Jewelry item is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect we will either repair the item or replace the item with a new identical item.
     

  • Custom Engraved Buckles CANNOT be returned. No refund will be issued on Custom Engraved Buckles. If the Custom Engraved Buckle is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect we will either repair the item or replace the item with a new identical item.
     

  • shoes and dance shoes:

    • All shoes and dance shoes must be returned in new, unused, unsoiled, resale condition within 30 days of the date that they were shipped.

    • Please note that all shoes and dance shoes are shipped to you in two boxes. The original manufacturer's box that the shoes are packaged in plus a second shipping box.

    • All shoes and dance shoes must be returned to us in the same manner. They must be returned to us in the original manufacturer's box plus a second shipping box.  

    • All shoes and dance shoes that are returned and do not meet this criteria will not be accepted, they will be returned to you and no refund will be processed.

    • If the original manufacturer's box that is returned to us is damaged, has writing on it, has shipping labels or stamps on it, then you will be assessed a $5.00 restocking charge. 

    • If the shoes and dance shoes are used and are damaged due to a manufacturer's defect, they must be returned within 30 days of the date that they were shipped to you.

    • We will either repair the item or replace the item with a new identical item. We will not issue a refund on shoes or dance shoes that have been worn & used.

Our Return Policy on Evenin' Star, Tic-Tac-Toes and Very Fine Special Order Dance Boots, Special Order Shoe Boots & Special Order Dance Shoes is the following: 

A Special Order Dance Boot, Special Order Shoe Boot or Special Order Dance Shoe is one that has been manufactured with an optional item in place of a standard item. This would include Special Order Sizes, Widths, Toe Styles, Heel Styles, Heel Heights and Colors. The standard and optional items for each style of the Dance Boots, Shoe Boots and Dance Shoes are listed on their respective Special Order Web Page.

PLEASE NOTE: A 25% restocking charge will be assessed to any pair of Evenin' Star SPECIAL Order Boot, SPECIAL Order Shoe Boot or SPECIAL Order Dance Shoe that has been returned.

  • All Special Order Dance Boots, Special Order Shoe Boots or Special Order Dance Shoes must be returned promptly in new, unused, resale condition within 30 days from the date that it was shipped. Any item that is returned and does not meet this criteria will not be accepted and no refund will be processed. 
     
  • If your return is older than 30 days you may be assessed a additional 20% restocking charge in addition to the 25%.
